Data Administrator


The administrator of personal data is IFB International Freightbridge (Poland) Sp. z o.o. ul. Postępu 15C lok. 309, 02-676 Warsaw, later in the Privacy Policy referred to as IFB, is the administrator of personal data within the meaning of Article 4 point 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "RODO"), we also use the services of processing personal data on behalf of the administrator referred to in Article 4 Point 8 RODO.
The data administrator can be contacted at iod@ifb-poland.pl .  We process all personal data  in accordance with the provisions of RODO, personal data protection laws and all relevant specific provisions and acts.


General provisions
In IFB we attach particular importance to the protection of the privacy of our customers, employees and colleagues. One of the key aspects is the protection of the rights and freedoms of individuals in relation to the processing of their personal data.


We take care that the processing of the data takes place in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EC (hereinafter referred to as the "RODO"), the law on the protection of personal data and the specific provisions (as specified in labour law as well as in the the accounting act).


We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the degree of safety against the possible risks of a breach of the rights or freedoms of individuals with different probability and risk weight.


We make sure that the interests of the individuals whose data is processed are protected, in particular we ensure that that data is processed:

  • In accordance with the provisions of the protection of personal data regulations,
  • In accordance with the implemented Security Policy
  • To the extent and necessary for the fulfilment of business interests (legal and legitimate purposes), where the processing does not affect the rights and freedoms of the data subject.

 

What rights do individuals have when their data is processed by IFB?
IFB shall take appropriate measures to ensure that a concise, transparent comprehensible and easily accessible form, in clear and simple language, is used to provide all relevant information and conduct all communications concerning the processing of personal data in connection with the implementation of the rights of persons whose data are processed i.e. to:

  • access to data,
  • correction,
  • eliminating or reduction of data processing,
  • the right of objection,
  • the right to bring a complaint to the supervisory authority.

 

Removal your personal information may be due to withdrawal of consent or of legally permissible opposition to the processing of personal data.


IFB may process personal data after the withdrawal of consent only for the purpose of investigating possible claims before the courts, or if national regulations or EU or international law obligates us to data retention.

IFB has the right to share your personal information and other data with entities authorised by the relevant provisions of the law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).

We ensure that any person acting under the authority of IFB and with access to personal data processes it only under direct order unless other requirements arise due to of the law of the European Union or of the law of a Member State.
